Support engineers in adopting automation tools, processes, and guidelines.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience.\n\n- Strong experience in developing scalable and modular software/frameworks.\n\n- Good knowledge of REST APIs, OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Python test automation frameworks, preferably PyTest/unittest.\n\n- Experience with Python package management, virtual environments, and project structuring.\n\n- Good exposure to Linux and scripting.\n\n- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar CI/CD tools.\n\n- Experience with Django or other Python web frameworks.\n\n- Exposure to fieldbus or communication protocols.\n\n- Experience in hardware/system-level testing or
