You will need to manage many different priorities and stakeholders to achieve their business outcomes. This involves analysingtheir requirements and configuring the cross-domain platform accordingly. Once configured, it may be necessary to work with the teams to debug and resolve any issues, and further, refine the setup. It is important to be happy engagingwith stakeholders with varying seniority and technical understanding. DV clearance is requiredfor the role. \nResponsibilities \nManaging customer integrations with the cross-domain platform from initial contact to go-live, and retiring them when no longer required \nPresenting and demonstrating the platform to prospective and existing customers, explaining its features and security model clearly \nGathering and analysing business and technical requirements, and translating them into a platform configuration \nUnderstanding customers’ use cases, shaping solution architectures that fit their environment and security constraints, and advising on the best platform components \nAdvising customers on integration via REST APIs, SFTP, webhooks and similar \nSetting up customer access and configuring data flows \nWriting and maintaining technical and business documentation \nWorking with the development team to resolve technical issues, suggest process improvements and propose feature enhancements \nKey Skills \nLive DV clearance \nProven experience in a customer-facing role, such as consultancy, pre-sales, solutions engineering or professional services \nPresenting and demonstrating complex technical and security concepts to mixed audiences \nBusiness analysis: eliciting, documenting and validating requirements \nBroad Linux knowledge, including administration and troubleshooting \nUnderstanding of networking and software architectures \nUnderstanding of structured text formats: JSON, XML, CSV \nUnderstanding of synchronous and asynchronous architectures \nProven experience in problem solving to a 2/3rd line level. \nDesirable Skills \nExposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python and Go \nFamiliarity with API definitions such as Swagger / OpenAPI 3 \nFamiliarity with shell scripting \nSolution or systems architecture experience \nFamiliarity with AWS administration and Cloud Formation templates \nTechnical authorship \nData engineering experience, such as data pipelines, transformation or data-flow design \nExposure to event driven architecture \nThere are many great reasons to join our team! \nPension Plan \nSecure your future with our competitive pension plan that offers an 8% employer contribution. \nPrivate Medical Healthcare \nYour health and well-being are our top priorities.
