This position will be responsible for purchasing of production materials as well as key projects to improve our procurement methods.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nAssure the highest level of material availability to production while responsibly managing cash flow.\nActively managing supplier performance (Quality, cost, delivery, and service level)\nNegotiate optimal terms with suppliers (price, delivery, and payment terms). Demand the best overall value.\nDevelop and issue rolling forecasts to suppliers to ensure raw material availability and prevent supply chain bottlenecks.\nEvaluate procurement workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency across chemical and material management.\nClearly communicate requirements to suppliers, both verbally and in writing.\nDeliver a high level of customer service within the company.\nIdentify and mitigate supply risks.\nManage purchase order in ERP: issue Purchase Orders, ensure the accuracy of purchase orders.\nSolve Purchase Orders issues (receiving, accounting documentations).\nManage priorities based on manufacturing and NPI needs. \nFollow regulatory and ISO 13485.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team [Competency/Qualifications]\nB.A at Business, Industrial Eng, Life Science or related field.\n3+ Years’ experience in Purchasing roles in Tech or Life Science company. Ability to quickly analyze problems, investigate and determine solutions.\nAnalytical and presentation skills\nAble to analyze, prepare, and deliver presentations to management. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
