The Shipping Coordinator will perform all administrative and physical requirements of this position. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPick & Pull cold chain, life sciences products as listed by an order picklist and product inventory location generated from the company manufacturing execution system (MES)\nBarcode or QR Code scanning of products for shipping\nGeneral computer data entry such as Automated Export System (AES) filings\nPrepare shipping boxes/cartons with packing material and shipping refrigerants such as cold packs and dry ice\nCreate or generate shipping documents for domestic and international shipments\nVerify accuracy and completeness of shipping documents\nMaintain and update shipping logs\nMonitor, record, communicate, and resolve shipping issues or delays\nPerform root cause investigations, corrective actions, and updating of internal processes and workflows as needed via the company trouble ticket system\nCommunicate and follow up on shipping status and discrepancies\nOrder shipping supplies as needed from outside vendors or from company supply chain team\nPerform tasks in accordance with company guidelines\nPerform tasks in adherence to department’s SOP and customer requirements\nVerify service partner invoices and other documents for accuracy\nPerform other general order fulfillment and shipping duties as assigned\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:\n0-1 years experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL Easy Ship, and other transportation online booking systems\n0-1 years in Google and Microsoft office suites, specifically Google Docs and Google Sheets\n0-1 years experience and knowledge of SAP or related MRP/ERP systems\n0-1 years experience and knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements\n0-1 years working in an ISO, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing environment\nStrongly Prefer:\nExperience with MRP software, ex.
