activities.\n\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.\n\nIdeally 5-9 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or a similar Finance role.\n\nStrong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.\n\nAdvanced Excel and the ability to interpret complex financial data.\n\nAnalytical thinking, business acumen and the ability to turn findings into recommendations.\n\nA proactive, hands-on mindset with a genuine interest in improving how things work.\n\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nCuriosity about AI, automation and modern financial technologies.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\n\nNice to have: Experience in fintech or technology, ERP/BI tools, Power
