Additionally, being in the office most of the week offers the chance to engage face-to-face with colleagues, enabling better communication and relationship building within the team\nYour Role\nContribute to the overall architecture, design and implementation of various integration.\n\nAbility to coordinate and influence internal and external groups (Solution, External partners, Cross functional engineering, product management) spread across geography.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of complex distributed systems, and design innovative solutions for customer requirements.\n\nWork closely with development, test, documentation and product management teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.\n\nEngage with customers and partners when needed to solve production issues.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5-8 years of industry experience\n\nExperience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems preferred.\n\nLove of programming and rock-solid in one or more languages: C#, Python, Golang. Ideally for enterprise-quality software.\n\nDeep understanding of APIs and extensive experience of APIs development.\n\nFamiliarity with MS technology and its stack including Azure Cloud\n\nKnowledge of AI tools and its usage in SDLC process.\n\nWork Arrangement\nHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.\nThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 147,000 and USD $ 294,000 per year.\nHowever, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
