Duties\nGeneral administrative duties\nPrepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims\nRegularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims\nMaintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems\nPrepare claim reports\n\nQualifications and Skills\nMatric / Grade 12\nAt least 3 years' work experience in short term insurance\nRE5 certificate (advantageous)\nComputer literate\nAdvanced skills in excel\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nDeadline driven, good organising and planning
