timber marketing activities through the accurate and timely management of delivery documentation, weighbridge processing, supplier support, and general office administration to ensure efficient and reliable record-keeping and service delivery.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nManage and prepare delivery documentation, reports, and ticket reconciliations\nCapture, reconcile, and maintain weighbridge and timber data records\nMonitor outstanding items, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain control systems\nMaintain accurate filing, shared records, and office documentation\nProvide switchboard support and respond to supplier and office enquiries\nSupport office administration, compliance, and SHEQ requirements\nProcess price adjustments, contractor deductions, and supplier account administration\nProvide supplier support, including issuing tickets and resolving queries\nQualifications and Skills\nMatric / Grade 12\nRelevant admin experience within an office, operational, or support environment\nComputer literate (proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, etc)\nAble to manage detailed documentation, reconciliation, and record-keeping with accuracy\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)\nDeadline driven, good organising and planning skills\nAbility to engage professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders\nAbility to
