This role sits within the Media Partnerships team dedicated to the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL).\nTwo Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency for UEFA Women’s Football and the exclusive media rights sales agency for the UEFA Women’s Champions League. As part of this partnership, we work closely with UC3, the joint venture between UEFA and European Football Clubs (EFC), to manage and service the competition’s global network of media partners throughout the 2025-2030 rights cycle. The Broadcast Operations Manager plays a central role in this process, overseeing broadcast operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of rights to 48 broadcasters worldwide.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSetting-up and managing the UEFA broadcasters bookings platform throughout the season ensuring live transmissions, content and facilities can be booked by broadcasters according to rights granted.\nOverseeing all onsite facilities bookings and managing arbitration between media partners ahead of every match week.\nActing as the main point of contact for the UEFA Women’s Champions League host broadcaster throughout the season. This includes managing the preview and review meetings with the host broadcaster and UEFA operational teams and overseeing thehost broadcast activity.\nBeing a connector between the clubs, UEFA, the host broadcaster and international broadcasters, gathering feedback from VOBM onsite and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.\nManaging the relationship with UEFA feeds distribution provider, ensuring bookings are communicated in due time and being Two Circles’ first point of contact if any transmission issues occur on match nights.\nManaging all communications to UWCL broadcasters related to broadcast operations (including communicating bookings deadline, distributing critical information, sharing TV production guidelines etc.) .\nMaintaining UEFA broadcaster platforms up to date throughout the season with latestdocuments, guidelines and assets.\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years in a broadcast operations role, either onsite at sports events or managing transmissions or content operations\nGood knowledge of live media production workflows, broadcast operations and onsite activities.\nA brilliant communicator and relationship builder who is confident and can creatively solve problems\nExcellent project management skills, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new processes & opportunities\nA proactive, can-do approach with ambition to grow in the role\nExcellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to travel regularly across Europe to attend matches and participate in client meetings\nFluent written and spoken English.
