The Rights Management team is supported by a 60 strong team of creative, strategy, insight & ops professionals (24 of which are creatives).\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking to hire a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Rights Management division in the US, Kansas City. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, agile designer with a can-do attitude looking to grow within the sports industry. You will be working closely with the client to bring to life partnership campaigns & activation concepts for various brands and sports properties. Pulling together the best-in-class marketing materials across different mediums from print to digital presentations.\nSome of the skills we are looking for:\nA strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign \nA good understanding of presentation software, Keynote & PowerPoint \nA good understanding of setting up materials for print & digital presentations \nAn understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro \nAn ability to work under pressure with right deadlines and quick turnarounds \nGood time management & workflow organization \nMinimum of 3 years experience \nAside from these skills, we would love someone with the following traits:\nA creative thinker who is constantly in touch with the world of advertising, marketing & sports \nExcellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail \nA comfortable, independent worker who can work solo when required \nA great communicator as you will be working alongside a US based sales team as well as keeping up close communication with a creative team in the UK \nAn eagerness to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different \nA resilient, positive outlook \nSome experience working in an agency or fast-paced work environments \nKnowledge and passion for the sports industry \nGraphic Design qualification or similar \nThe range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
