You’ll build the React frontend and .NET services that let teams, leagues and rights holders explore fan data, build audiences and act on insight, increasingly through AI-powered experiences.\nYou’ll work in an AI-augmented way: using tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to ship faster, and building AI features directly into the product.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, build and test scalable React/TypeScript applications and .NET APIs (C#, ASP.NET Web API/MVC).\nBuild AI-powered UI features such as natural-language audience building, conversational analytics, AI-generated insights and summaries, and smart recommendations.\nDesign interfaces for AI interactions: streaming responses, loading and error states, citations and confidence cues, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nBuild APIs that expose fan behaviour analytics to the UI and to AI services.\nUse AI coding assistants in your daily workflow, and help the team shape good practice: prompting, code review of AI-generated code, testing and guardrails.\nWork closely with product and marketing to turn data into high-value features.\nWrite clean, tested, maintainable code with accessibility and performance in mind.\nRequirements\nStrong React and TypeScript experience, including component architecture, state management, and performance.\nStrong HTML5 (semantic, accessible) and CSS3/SCSS (responsive, themeable).\nHands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot or similar) in day-to-day development, with a clear view of their strengths and limits.\nCI/CD experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or GitHub Actions.\nFamiliarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), prompt design, tool/function calling, or MCP.\nExperience implementing AI features in a UI: LLM-backed chat or copilots, generative UI, or AI-assisted search and filtering.\nExperience testing and evaluating non-deterministic features, and handling latency, cost, privacy and safety.\nClear communication, including explaining blockers and timelines to non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred\nStrong C# and experience building APIs in modern .NET (Core/6/8/10); awareness of .NET Framework migration considerations.\nWhat matters most\nSkills can be learned.
