Tech BD Director to own and deliver the ANZ Technology revenue target.\nThis is a revenue-carrying commercial leadership role responsible for turning strong technical capability into consistent, scalable growth across the region.\nThe successful candidate will strengthen outbound momentum, improve pipeline velocity, elevate pitch quality, and lead the closing of high-value technology engagements across CRM, data, digital products and mobile.\nThis role replaces an established revenue leader and will be central to shaping the next phase of Technology growth in ANZ.\nThe Tech BD Lead will:\nCarry and deliver the ANZ Technology revenue target.\nDrive expansion across priority accounts.\nWin high-quality new logos.\nIncrease close rates and shorten sales cycles.\nOwn qualification discipline and pursuit prioritisation.\nElevate commercial storytelling and pitch execution.\nDrive growth in Mobile and Digital Product engagements.\nAct as ANZ’s commercial spearhead for Technology.\nCore Responsibilities\nRevenue Ownership\nOwn and deliver the ANZ Technology revenue target.\nMaintain strong commercial discipline in pricing and margin.\nLead complex deal strategy from qualification through contract signature.\nDrive consistent revenue performance across the region.\nPipeline & Outbound Leadership\nBuild structured outbound targeting and engagement plans.\nEnsure robust pipeline visibility and hygiene.\nDrive deliberate progression of qualified opportunities.\nIncrease proposal-to-close conversion rates.\nCommercial Qualification & Prioritisation\nOwn qualification standards and enforce winnability discipline.\nSay no to low-probability or misaligned pursuits.\nPrioritise opportunities in alignment with Technology and ANZ leadership.\nProtect resource allocation against distraction.\nClosing & Pitch Excellence\nLead competitive pursuits with confidence and executive presence.\nEngage at C-suite level across rights holders, venues and brands.\nCraft outcome-led narratives that articulate business value, not features.\nNavigate complex buying committees and commercial negotiations.\nMarket Leadership\nMaintain
