We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.\nThe role\nWe are seeking a passionate Video Editor to join our Studio team in Kansas City. You will create exceptional video content for our growing list of clients, telling captivating stories through video and animation that emotionally connect with an audience, and help shape the evolution of our Studio offering.\nKey responsibilities\nEdit and finish video content from raw footage to final delivery across client campaigns, owning cuts, versions, and timelines\nWork with the Client Lead and Post-Production team to keep quality consistently high\nCollaborate closely with producers, clients and Studio team members through feedback rounds\nMaintain quality control and the right tone and style across different client projects\nPrepare and deliver assets in multiple formats (aspect ratios, cutdowns, captions, platform specs), with organized project files and clean handoffs\nBrainstorm and execute video concepts that align with client's brand and contribute to team ideation sessions\nCoordinate deliverables for each piece of content and meet production timescales\nHelp improve Studio workflows and the Studio offering\nRequirements\nThree or more years of professional video editing experience with strong skills in Premiere Pro\nProficiency in After Effects for motion graphics\nWorking knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading a plus\nA portfolio showing original thinking and the ability to tell engaging stories through video, particularly in football\nIn-depth understanding of current editing trends\nExperience taking content from ideation to execution and contributing to the creative process\nComfortable working with brand guidelines and meeting tight deadlines\nPassion for football and its connection to wider cultural themes\nIndependent worker with strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external contacts\nThe range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
