This role will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining automated end-to-end, integration and performance tests. \nResponsibilities Include:\nPerforms software product testing and investigates possible causes of problems\nPerforms manual testing as stop-gap for automated testing\nDevelops functional, end-to-end, regression, and performance tests in automated test environments\nDetects and writes software bug reports and feature requests\nUnderstands, reproduces, troubleshoots product defects and works with developers to determine the best resolution\nAssists in the planning and implementation of testing new features\nWhat you will need:\n2-5 years of professional software testing experience\nStrong proficiency in automated testing frameworks and methodologies\nProven experience designing and implementing integration test suites\nExperience with REST API testing and validation\nProficiency with Cypress or similar end-to-end testing frameworks\nExperience with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests\nKnowledge of test design patterns and best practices\nExperience with Git version control and collaborative workflows\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies\nStrong analytical and debugging skills\nExcellent written communication for test documentation and defect reporting\nExperience working collaboratively with development teams\nNice to haves:\nStrong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript\nExperience testing microservice architectures\nFamiliarity with additional testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Jest, Mocha)\nExperience with API testing tools (Postman, REST, Assured, Supertest)\nKnowledge of performance and load testing tools (k6, JMeter, Gatling)\nExperience with contract testing (Pact, or similar)\nFamiliarity with testing in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)\nExperience with test data management and mocking strategies\nKnowledge of accessibility testing (WCAG compliance, axe-core)\nExperience with visual regression tools\nFamiliarity with backend technologies (go, Node.js, Python)\nUnderstanding of security testing principles\nExperience with test reporting and metrics dashboards\nKnowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)\nExperience mentoring junior test engineers\nFamiliarity with cloud test platforms (AWS/C2S) \nSecurity Clearance:\nActive TS/SCI w.
