Through unrivaled collaboration and unwavering trust, we push the boundaries of what’s possible to empower our team and support our customers in building a safer global future.\nOverview of Opportunity\nTwo Six Technologies is seeking a high-impact Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical programs delivering advanced cyber, information advantage, and analytic capabilities and technologies to national security customers for our Digital Advantage Capability. \nThis role offers significant autonomy to direct multi-million-dollar programs, lead elite technical teams, and cultivate strategic customer relationships. Working in an agile, high-growth environment, you will bridge the gap between advanced research and operational deployment, delivery GOTS/COTS technologies to new and existing customers, optimize internal contract execution, and serve as a trusted interface between government leadership and internal engineering teams. This role is hybrid, working up 2-3 days a week onsite at Two Six office. \nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Engagement & Relationship Management\nInterface directly and frequently with government stakeholders, mission owners, technical directors, and contracting officers, leading with a strong customer-centric focus.\nTranslate complex customer goals, desires, and evolving requirements into clear, actionable tasking and execution plans for engineering teams.\nBuild and sustain strong, trusted relationships both externally with client stakeholders and internally across Two Six business units and functional teams.\nMaintain a regular presence at TST and customer facilities to participate in strategic meetings, ensure alignment, and foster collaborative partnerships.\nProgram Execution, Financials & Business Process Optimization\nProvide programmatic leadership across multiple high-visibility projects, directing program cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance.\nAccelerate and optimize internal business processes, including the management of large government contract vehicles with multiple stakeholders, complex deliverables, and rigorous project financial planning.\nOversee programmatic and contractual deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time execution in accordance with contract terms.\nLead comprehensive risk management efforts to adapt swiftly to changing mission demands and project dependencies.\nTeam Leadership & Capability Delivery\nProvide clear direction and leadership to cross-functional programmatic, technical, and analytic teams.\nSource, hire, and structure highly specialized, domain-oriented technical teams.\nStructure work streams, streamline project workflows, and enforce rigorous quality assurance across technical outputs.\nDeliver executive-level operational, financial, and technical updates to internal executive leadership and government stakeholders.\nNavigate ambiguity with initiative, establishing clear frameworks and path-to-execution in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience: 7+ years of dedicated Program Management experience supporting National Security and defense missions.\nDomain Expertise: Proven track record managing complex cybersecurity or advanced technical programs in classified environments.\nBusiness & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing large government contract vehicles, multi-stakeholder execution, project financial planning, and contractual deliverable management.\nCustomer Focus: Proven ability to interface directly with customers, build strategic relationships, and translate high-level customer requirements into technical tasking.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.\nSecurity Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.\nTwo Six Technologies is committed to providing competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our employees and their contributions.
