Position Overview Oracle is seeking a motivated Backend Engineer (Mid Level) to join its product-modernisation team under a staff-augmentation model. Working under Oracle’s direct architectural oversight, the engineer will build the core middleware layer connecting Microsoft 365 environments with enterprise intelligence platforms. The work will focus on executing the Graph API Sync Layer, developing Admin Backend configuration services, managing the API Gateway layout and providing data-connectivity hooks for a proactive Agentic AI Orchestrator. Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work Graph API Tasks Sync Service: Develop a timer-triggered, server-side backend service providing bidirectional synchronisation between Siebel CRM Actions/Coverage Approval Requests and the Microsoft Outlook Tasks surface (Microsoft To Do) through the Microsoft Graph Tasks API. Endpoint Detection and Dual Support: Implement tenant-level detection to dynamically manage connectivity across the legacy Exchange Tasks endpoint (/me/tasks) and the modern Microsoft To Do API (/me/todo/lists/{listId}/tasks).
