Equivalent practical experience will be considered in place of formal qualifications.\nDemonstrated understanding of networking and systems fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, Windows Server and Active Directory.\nEvidence of practical, self-directed engagement with cloud platforms - a home laboratory, an Azure or AWS trial environment, personal projects, or certifications in progress.\nStructured troubleshooting discipline: the ability to isolate a fault methodically and to document what was tested and observed.\nValid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites within the Klang Valley as required.\nWillingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and scheduled maintenance windows following the completion of training.\n3.2 Experience requirements by grade\nSenior Cloud Engineer (4 - 5 years): Minimum four years in cloud or infrastructure engineering, including demonstrable experience of at least one completed Azure migration and prior work in a managed service provider or multi-client environment.\n3.3 Technical skills - advantageous\nScripting and automation: PowerShell (preferred), Bash, Python.\nInfrastructure as code: Bicep, ARM templates or Terraform.\nLinux server administration, containers or Azure Kubernetes Service.\nAmazon Web Services: EC2, RDS, VPC and related services.\nBackup and RMM platforms: Datto, Kaseya, Veeam or Commvault.\nMonitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana or Prometheus.\nWorkflow automation: n8n, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.\n4. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS\nCertifications marked as required are fully sponsored by the company, including training materials and examination fees, with study time supported during working hours.
