supervision, civil work, or construction management is preferred.\n Transportation: Must possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own an automatic car (willing to travel/commute to various site locations).\nSoft Skills: Highly disciplined, hardworking, responsible, strong leadership, and effective communication skills to manage site workers.\nTechnical & Required Skills\nTechnical Drawing: Proficient in reading, interpreting, and working with engineering/architectural blueprints and CAD/site drawings.\nDrafting Capabilities: Ability to perform basic manual or digital technical sketching
