This is a remote, outside sales role where you will spend four days per week visiting manufacturing customers to provide process solutions and equipment that improve efficiency. One day per week will be dedicated to working from your home office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule to nurture their territory and drive business growth. While mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is helpful (not required), the most critical skills are curiosity, drive, the ability to grasp new concepts, and leverage an extensive support network. Success in this role requires strong accountability, excellent interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities.
