Req.) Description\nOur client in the plastics manufacturing industry is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to add to their team east of Green Bay, WI. In this role, you will lead project engineering and continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, product quality, efficiency, and cost. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing process improvements, demonstrated success working on CI initiatives, and experience managing engineering projects from concept through completion. To be successful, you must be a reliable self-starter who can lead and influence production floor teams while driving projects to successful completion. Responsibilities\nLead manufacturing engineering projects from concept through completion\nEvaluate and optimize processes to improve reliability, consistency, uptime, and product quality\nSupport initiatives focused on reducing scrap, waste, downtime, cycle times, and costs\nReview mold and tooling designs/modifications, support vendor selection, and coordinate trials\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and implementation\nTroubleshoot process, equipment, tooling, and product quality issues on the production floor\nPartner cross-functionally to evaluate manufacturability of new products and designs\nEvaluate plastics materials and manufacturing solutions to align with production objectives\nLead and influence production teams during engineering and process improvement projects\nDevelop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation\nEnsure manufacturing processes meet company safety and environmental requirements\nManufacturing Engineer (Continuous Improvement Project Exp.
