Req.) Description Our client in the plastics manufacturing industry is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to add to their team east of Green Bay, WI. In this role, you will lead project engineering and continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, product quality, efficiency, and cost. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing process improvements, demonstrated success working on CI initiatives, and experience managing engineering projects from concept through completion. To be successful, you must be a reliable self-starter who can lead and influence production floor teams while driving projects to successful completion.
