for a high-volume manufacturing area\nSupervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 75 production employees\nMaintain a hands-on presence on the production floor to support operations\nBuild production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure staffing meets operational demands\nMonitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and implement corrective actions\nLead root cause analysis for quality issues, downtime, and production inefficiencies\nDrive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives\nPartner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to
