The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movements, conducting stock counts and ensuring that stock is properly controlled and accounted for. The position is lodge based.\n\nJob Summary\n\nEmployer: Twyfelfontein Country Lodge\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nLocation: Windhoek, Namibia\n\nCategory: Hospitality\n\nClosing Date: 2026-11-13\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nReceive, inspect and record incoming stock.\n\nMonitor and control the movement of stock in and out of the storeroom.\n\nEnsure that stock is correctly stored, labelled and secured.\n\nIssue stock to authorised departments or employees.\n\nMaintain accurate stock records and documentation.\n\nConduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, including monthly stocktaking and audit requirements.\n\nMatch, verify and reconcile supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders and goods received.\n\nInvestigate and report stock variances and discrepancies.\n\nMonitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.\n\nAssist with stock ordering and replenishment when required.\n\nEnsure that stock documentation is completed accurately & maintain proper filing and record-keeping of stock documentation.\n\nReport damaged, expired, missing or obsolete stock.\n\nMaintain a clean, organised and secure stock/storage area.\n\nPerform any other duties reasonably required by management.\n\nRequirements\n\nGrade 12 / NSSC or equivalent.\n\nRelevant qualification in Stock Control, Stores, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field will be an advantage.\n\nPrevious experience in stock control, stores or inventory management.\n\nPrevious experience in an accounts or bookkeeping environment will be an advantage.\n\nPrevious experience with Innkeeper will be advantage.\n\nExperience within the tourism or hospitality industry will be an advantage.\n\nHow to Apply\nInterested applicants are invited to forward a comprehensive application letter to , or deliver it to the HR Manager at Namibia Country Lodges Head Office, (for attention: HR Manager) c/o Diehl & Bam Street, Southern Industrial, Windhoek, before 13 November 2026 at 17:00.
