You will have already proven yourself in your profession, being able to demonstrate and illustrate great customer engagement and communication skills, stakeholder identification and management, attention to detail and quality delivery. You will work well as a team member or alone on small to medium sized / complexity projects. You are able to adapt to different projects, audiences and expectations with an adjustable and flexible mindset, embracing and promoting business and technical change. \nCriteria Key Responsibilities\nEngage and communicate with a range of stakeholders to promote and embed change.\nBuild client relationships based on trust and performance.\nFacilitate workshops as appropriate to discuss and detail change aspects.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.\nAnalyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.\nDevelop and maintain detailed business process documentation in the format requested by the client.\nCreate and present reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate findings.\nWork with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.\nWork in collaboration with the wider tech team to refine and estimate work and develop and deliver change.\nProvide ongoing support and training to end-users.\nBe an advocate for the BA practice and actively participate in improving BA practices within TXP.\n Skill and Experience \nProven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT consultancy.\nA good / growing knowledge of Business Analysis practices (e.g. BPMN, MoSCoW, Lean Six Sigma).\nA good understanding of the end-to-end delivery framework\nAbility to communicate technical change concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with the ability to adapt to different project approaches.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple small client projects simultaneously or a single medium sized project.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and management skills.\nA strong background in Pensions would be highly desirable.\nAn understanding of Financial Services or Public Sector projects and challenges would be advantageous.\n Benefits:\n 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)\nHoliday buy and sell scheme (up to an additional 5 days per annum)\nAn additional day of paid leave for your birthday (or Christmas eve)\n4% Matched employer contributed pension (salary sacrifice)\nLife assurance (3x)\nPrivate medical insurance through our partner Vitality.\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme & other Health Benefits through our partner Medicash\nOctopus EV Scheme (salary sacrifice)\nCycle to work scheme\nCorporate eye-care vouchers\n2x social value days per year to give back to local communities\nGrow with us: Work on exciting new projects If you want to avoid getting stuck with the mundane, you’re in the right place.
