Our projects cover the entire delivery lifecycle from capturing initial business requirements, through to code development, QA activities - all the way through to release and ongoing production support.\nEach TXP engagement is delivered with a strong backbone of solution and project governance; and where appropriate we deliver via standardised “as a service” offerings.\nWe believe that outcome-focused delivery governance is critical to delivering value to our clients. Our engagements are typically delivered following an Agile approach blended with key project management practices to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality.\nThis hybrid role will involve some regular travel to meet with clients and to our Birmingham or London offices\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end delivery of digital, application development, and modernisation projects.\nManage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and support to cross-functional delivery teams.\nFacilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nIdentify and mitigate delivery risks while proactively resolving issues and removing blockers.\nEnsure solutions meet client requirements and deliver tangible business value.\nCommunicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.\nDrive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.\nPromote a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality and customer success.\nSkills & Experience:\nProven experience delivering complex technology projects within a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.\nExperience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.\nExcellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.\nStrong planning, prioritisation, and risk management capabilities.\nExperience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycles and modern application delivery practices.\nExperience with project and delivery management tools.\nBenefits:\n25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) • Holiday buy and sell scheme (up to an additional 5 days per annum)\nAn additional day of paid leave for your birthday (or Christmas eve)\n4% Matched employer contributed pension (salary sacrifice)\nLife assurance (3x)\nPrivate medical insurance through our partner Vitality.\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme & other Health Benefits through our partner Medicash\nOctopus EV Scheme (salary sacrifice)\nCycle to work scheme\nCorporate eye-care vouchers\n2 x social value days per year to give back to local communities.\nGrow with us:\nWork on exciting new projects\nIf you want to avoid getting stuck with the mundane, you’re in the right place.
