Your role will involve assisting with the following:\nDesign, build, and maintain real-time data pipelines.\nEnsure the reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.\nCollaborate with agile teams to deliver efficient solutions.\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build.\nAutomate infrastructure deployment using Terraform.\nMaintain observability through metrics, logging, and tracing tools.\nResolve complex infrastructure issues proactively and efficiently.\nCreate detailed documentation, including runbooks and architecture diagrams.\nMentor team members through code reviews and pair programming.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)\nStrong networking knowledge (VPC, VPN, Peering, NAT)\nStrong load-balancing expertise (HTTP(S), TCP/SSL)\nDeep proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and its core services (GCE, GCS, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Run)\nAdvanced Terraform skills (module design, workspaces, state backends)\nExtensive container and Kubernetes experience (Docker best practices, GKE, Helm)\nSolid CI/CD expertise with Google Cloud Build (pipelines, triggers)\nProficient in IAM, organisation policies, and resource management\nSQL skills for both transactional databases and BigQuery\nFamiliarity with data streaming and real-time processing (Pub/Sub, Apache Beam/Dataflow, Kafka)\nAdvanced scripting and programming (bash/zsh, Python with GCP SDK, Go)\nHands-on with observability tools (metrics, logs, traces)\nUnderstanding of cloud security and compliance best practices\nTroubleshooting mindset for resolving complex infrastructure issues\nStrong communication and documentation abilities (runbooks, architecture diagrams)\nMentoring experience and aptitude for code reviews and pair programming\nExperience working in Agile development environments, particularly in a Scrum framework.\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal\nAWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED:\nFamiliarity with OpenTelemetry\nFamiliarity with Kyverno, Falco, and Teleport\nSecurity-scanning and compliance automation (Trivy, Snyk)\nKnowledge of serverless orchestration (Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow)\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nBe part of our collegial environment where responsibility and authority are shared equally amongst colleagues and help create our company culture \nA culture in which we don’t criticise failure but ensure we learn from our mistakes\nAn Agile environment where your ideas are welcome \nThe possibility to grow and experience different projects\nOngoing Training & Mentoring \nThe possibility to travel (UK) \n- ATTENTION!
