You will collaborate closely with engineers as well as Growth and SEO teams, contributing not only to development but also to improving the processes behind how content and web experiences are delivered at scale.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong web engineering fundamentals with curiosity, good communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:\nYou will join our engineering team and become a valued member, working closely in a collaborative, autonomous, and cross-functional team. You will help with the following:\nBuild and develop scalable web applications and pages using React and Node.js;\nDevelop solutions that support Organic Search, Growth and GEO initiatives across thousands of web pages;\nWork on page architecture, content scaling and structured data implementations;\nMaintain, improve and troubleshoot existing web applications and websites;\nCollaborate closely with engineering, Growth, SEO and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;\nContribute to initiatives aimed at improving visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms;\nWork with Content Management Systems and content-driven web experiences;\nDevelop and consume APIs and integrate services where required;\nTest solutions across different browsers and devices and identify technical issues;\nUse Git-based source control and modern development workflows;\nContribute ideas for improving applications, development processes and the way the team delivers solutions at scale;\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions and project planning;\nTake ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field.\nStrong professional experience in modern web development;\nStrong proficiency in React.js and its core principles;\nStrong proficiency in Node.js and experience building or supporting server-side web applications and services;\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3;\nExperience building maintainable, scalable and reusable web solutions;\nGood understanding of modern frontend development practices, tooling and build processes;\nExperience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend and backend services;\nGood understanding of Git and collaborative software development workflows;\nExperience implementing responsive and cross-browser web solutions;\nAbility to write clean, maintainable and well-structured code;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\nA curious and proactive mindset, with the confidence to investigate problems and suggest improvements;\nComfortable working on process-related initiatives alongside core software development;\nExperience working within Agile and cross-functional teams;\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED:\nPrevious experience working within SEO, Growth Engineering or Performance Marketing teams;\nUnderstanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and how AI-driven search is changing content discovery;\nExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS);\nExperience with Umbraco or similar CMS platforms;\nKnowledge of structured data, schema markup and search-engine optimisation;\nExperience developing large-scale, content-heavy websites or platforms with thousands of pages;\nFamiliarity with optimising web architecture and content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences.\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nBe part of our collegial environment where responsibility and authority are shared equally amongst colleagues and help create our company culture\nA culture in which we don’t criticise failure but ensure we learn from our mistakes\nAn Agile environment where your ideas are welcome\nThe possibility to grow and experience different projects\nOngoing Training & Mentoring\nThe possibility to travel\n- ATTENTION!
