support, and optimization ofinfrastructure running on Dell PowerEdge servers and enterprise storage platforms, with\nemphasis on performance, replication, capacity planning, and fault tolerance.\n\nAutomation & Platform Reliability: Develop and standardize infrastructure automationusing Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps, Terraform, Pulumi, and scripting frameworks\nto improve repeatability, speed, and operational consistency.\n\nDeveloper & Release Platform Integration: Manage GitHub Enterprise and relatedintegrations, including SonarQube, Artifactory, and GitHub Actions runners, to enable\nsecure and scalable software delivery workflows.\n\nOperational Resilience & Compliance: Ensure platforms are designed and operated tomeet the security, availability, resiliency, and regulatory expectations of financial\nservices and capital markets environments.\n\nArchitecture Leadership: Establish design standards, reference architectures, andreusable engineering patterns that can be deployed consistently across multiple business\nand technology domains.\n\n Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with trading, applicationdevelopment, production support, cybersecurity, network engineering, and infrastructure\nteams to deliver stable, performant, and scalable solutions aligned with front-office and\nenterprise priorities.\n\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience in Linux infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, orplatform architecture roles.\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting Red Hat OpenShift and/orKubernetes in production.\n\nStrong experience supporting infrastructure in New York financial markets, includingtrading environments, market data platforms, exchange connectivity, or other latency-\nsensitive capital markets systems.\n\nDeep understanding of the operational demands of financial services environments,including high availability, change control, resiliency, audit, and regulatory\nconsiderations.\n\nProven expertise in RHEL engineering, systems performance tuning, and productionplatform design.\n\nStrong background in building standardized, reusable architecture patterns with a “designonce, use many” approach.\n\nDemonstrated experience with AWS and Azure, including secure networking, storageintegration, identity controls, and hybrid deployment models.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of enterprise compute and storage infrastructure, including DellPowerEdge servers and Dell EMC storage platforms.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of authentication, DNS, and time synchronization services indistributed, performance-sensitive environments.\n\nStrong proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting using tools such as Ansible,Terraform, Pulumi, Bash, and Python.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engageeffectively with engineering teams, operations teams, application owners, and business\nleadership.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting infrastructure for equities, options, futures, fixed income, or othercapital markets trading platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with low-latency infrastructure design, market hours operational support, andproduction change controls in front-office environments.\n\nExperience designing platforms that support regulatory, surveillance, disaster recovery,and operational resiliency requirements in financial markets.\n\nBackground leading engineering standards, architectural reviews, and platformmodernization
