experiencia para nuestros usuarios.\nResponsabilidades\n* Desarrollar código eficiente, escalable y fácil de mantener.\n* Cumplir de manera autónoma y oportuna con el sprint work asignado.\n* Realizar pruebas sobre los desarrollos implementados para mitigar bugs en ambientes QA y producción.\n* Construir y mantener pruebas automatizadas confiables y sostenibles en el tiempo.\n* Acompañar procesos de pruebas manuales cuando sea requerido y resolver incidentes rápidamente para evitar bloqueos.\n* Dar soporte a incidentes en QA y producción relacionados con los flujos de su squad.\n* Participar activamente en code reviews, validando no solo calidad técnica sino también lógica de negocio y funcionamiento del producto.\n* Proponer mejoras continuas sobre el producto, arquitectura y procesos del equipo.\n* Diseñar funcionalidades y flujos de complejidad media con acompañamiento de su líder técnico.\n* Comunicar avances, riesgos y posibles bloqueos de manera transparente y oportuna.\n* Colaborar activamente con otros miembros del equipo, brindando apoyo y compartiendo conocimiento.\n* Explorar e implementar herramientas basadas en IA que permitan optimizar procesos, acelerar el desarrollo y generar mejores experiencias para nuestros
