It also means we can build the best possible team, location and working hours are no barrier.\nIf this sounds like an environment that you believe could work for you then read on to find out more.\nThe role:\nAs our Junior Agile Delivery Coordinator, you'll keep 2-3 Agile teams' delivery visible and on track by coordinating Release Train activity, and staying ahead of dependencies and risk before they become real problems.\nYou'll also turn delivery data into insight, using AI tools as a natural part of how you work, to spot where flow is slowing, where risks keep recurring, and where a small change could make delivery more predictable and effective.\nSuccess in this role means becoming the trusted go-to for day-to-day queries from Product, Engineering and Commercial. You’ll be working closely alongside our Head of Agile Delivery, communicating status and known risks clearly, and managing expectations along the way.\nHere’s what you’ll be getting up to:\nKeeping delivery moving across multiple Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers and dependencies, and following up before small hiccups become big headaches.\nKeeping Jira and Confluence humming along, and pulling together regular reporting on progress, risks and release readiness.\nDigging into delivery data to spot where things are slowing down, testing fixes with the team, and checking whether they actually worked.\nBeing a second point of contact - alongside our Head of Agile Delivery - for Product, Engineering and Commercial on delivery status and risks.\nHelping teams run great Agile ceremonies, like sprint planning and retros.\nKeeping an eye out for CI/CD failures and other technical snags that could throw delivery off course, and flagging them early.\nUsing AI tools day-to-day to speed up reporting, spot patterns, and cut out the repetitive busywork.\nRequirements\nHere’s what we’re looking for:\nA degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics - or a relevant Agile/Scrum/delivery certification.\nHands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team (Scrum and Kanban), with Jira and Confluence as familiar tools.\nA solid grasp of how software gets delivered - sprints, releases, Release Trains, and what can throw them off track.\nComfortable working with delivery data - spotting patterns, understanding causes, and checking whether a fix actually worked.\nA clear, confident communicator across Product, Engineering, QA and Commercial, with good judgement on when to solve something yourself, escalate it, or challenge it constructively.\nOrganised and detail-oriented, with real follow-through and a curious mindset.\nGenuinely comfortable using AI tools already.\nNice to have: experience working across more than one team at once.\nBenefits\nHere’s why you should join us:\nEveryone has unlimited paid holidays. \nWe have total flexibility in hours, as we believe creativity flows better when our people are given freedom to decide when they are most productive.
