The Product Analyst handles duties of moderate scope and\ncomplexity.\n·Provide Business Value by solving market problems to meet clients and potential clients\nneeds. Handles duties of moderate scope and complexity.\n· Gather requirements of moderate scope and complexity from a variety of sources to support\nproduct development process.\n· Communicate information in the form of User Stories that support user needs, program\nfunctions, test cases and steps required to develop or modify systems.\n· May research and analyze projects for new features based on system requirements defined by\nbusiness system's owners.\n· Design requirements and documentation with foresight for the future maintainability and\ngrowth of the software.\n· Work closely with the Product Owner to manage customer enhancement requests and\nexpectations.\n· May act as a liaison to clearly communicate ideas between technical and non-technical\nstakeholders.\n· Embrace learning and growth to gain expertise and grow in position.\n· Occasional travel required.\n· Perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n·Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business.\nEquivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.\n·Experience working with Enterprise ERP Revenue Products\n· A minimum of 1 year of experience in software or related experience including but not limited\nto writing and documenting client specifications.\n· Experience using Agile SCRUM development processes.\n· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.\n· Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated\nmethodologies helpful.\n· Keen attention to detail.\n· Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks\neffectively.\n· Strong time management skills.\n· Strong interpersonal and communication skills involving communicating technical and non-\ntechnical information in writing and verbally.\n· Basic knowledge and experience with data modeling, relational databases concepts, and\nunderstanding SQL queries.\n· Proficient with Microsoft Office.\n· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team as well as across functional\ngroups.\n· Ability to be effective in a fast paced environment.\n· Must be able to travel occasional if requested.\nThe Product Analyst must be able to:\n· Understand and prioritize requirements and information, based on input from a variety of\nsources.\n· Work independently as well as in a team.\n· Exhibit efficient management of time, tasks and priorities.\n· Maintain a positive team player attitude.\n· Demonstrate an excellent work ethic and focus on work, tasks, and priorities.\n· Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and effectively/professionally\nwith peers, management, Development, Support and other departments within the company.\n· Manage multiple tasks at once while staying calm and on-pace.\n· Learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. · Constantly learn new business processes. · Proactively listen to client feedback and determine the best way to meet the requirements.\n· Adapt to changing product and
