This role will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, support, compliance, and others to deliver on our processing and revenue management product vision. The ideal candidate has a strong background in transaction-based software products, experience with customer-facing roles, and familiarity with accounting, finance, microservices, or payment systems.\nPrioritize problems to solve\nEvaluate incoming requests, requirements, and suggestions\nMaintain a backlog of planned development work\nOrganize releases of product features\nValidate priorities and plans with stakeholders\nDesign solutions to problems\nCommunicate requirements as epics and stories\nConsult with designers on mockups and prototypes\nConsult with engineers on technical solutions\nValidate designs and requirements with stakeholders\nDeliver solutions to the market\nGuide development and testing of new features\nDocument features and functionality for future reference\nDemonstrate and train features for stakeholders\nValidate features with early adopter clients\nDrive adoption of solutions\nMeasure adoption and usage in the target market\nAssist in sales demonstrations, webinars, and proposals\nAdvocate through marketing campaigns and community messaging\nParticipate in Tyler conferences and events\nQualifications\nExperience working with local government financial or receivable departments\nExperience with payment collection solutions\nExperience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in gathering requirements for software development\nStrong project and task management skills\nUnderstanding of the software development life cycle, especially agile methodologies\nUnderstanding of software design principles, especially user-centered design\nProficiency communicating in written, verbal, and presentation form\nTrack record of demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, owning features, strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively\nAbility to excel in the following capacities: independently as a sole contributor, as an integrated contributor
