You will own the evolution of our field operations platform by understanding customer needs, identifying product opportunities, defining new capabilities, and guiding engineering teams through successful delivery.\nUnlike an implementation or project management role, the Product Owner owns what gets built and why, ensuring the platform continues to evolve while helping Customer Success leverage existing capabilities to solve client problems.\nThis position requires strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to balance customer requests with long-term product strategy.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Discovery\nUnderstand customer business processes and operational challenges.\nParticipate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions when product expertise is required.\nAnalyze customer pain points and identify opportunities to improve the platform.\nRecommend solutions using existing platform capabilities whenever possible.\nIdentify feature gaps and define new product enhancements.\nBalance customer-specific requests with long-term product strategy.\nPartner with Product Leadership to prioritize roadmap initiatives.\nProduct Definition\nCreate and manage Product JIRA stories and epics.\nWrite clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.\nDefine workflows, user experiences, and business rules.\nCollaborate with UX and Engineering on solution design.\nReview Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and proposed workflows.\nEnsure solutions align with platform architecture and long-term scalability.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Customer Success throughout client implementations.\nProvide guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.\nSupport workflow discussions and solution design.\nWork closely with Engineering during development and implementation.\nClarify requirements and answer functional questions throughout the development lifecycle.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature reviews.\nFeature Delivery\nOwn product features from concept through release.\nValidate completed features before release.\nPerform functional testing alongside Engineering.\nEnsure delivered functionality meets customer and business requirements.\nCommunicate feature readiness, timelines, and release updates to Customer Success.\nCustomer Partnership\nAct as the product subject matter expert during strategic customer discussions.\nHelp evaluate implementation approaches.\nTranslate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.\nSupport complex client implementations requiring product expertise.\nContinuous Product Improvement\nMonitor customer feedback and adoption trends.\nIdentify opportunities to improve usability, workflows, and platform capabilities.\nRecommend enhancements that increase scalability and reduce implementation effort.\nContribute to long-term product vision and roadmap planning.\nQualifications\nRequired\n4+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise SaaS.\nExperience gathering and translating business requirements into product features.\nExperience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies.\nExperience working with Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written English communication.\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.\nPreferred\nExperience with configurable enterprise software platforms.\nExperience supporting customer implementations.\nFamiliarity with mobile applications (iOS, Android, or PWA).\nExperience with workflow-based or inspection-based applications.\nBasic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping concepts.\nExperience working with U.S.-based customers.\nFamiliarity with 508 Compliance.\nSuccess in this Role\nA successful Product Manager will:\nUnderstand customer problems before proposing solutions.\nMaximize the use of existing platform capabilities before requesting new development.\nDeliver clear, actionable product requirements to Engineering.\nHelp Customer Success implement solutions efficiently.\nContinuously improve the platform based on customer feedback and market needs.\nBalance short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy.\nBuild strong partnerships across Product, Customer Success, and Engineering.\nWorking Model\nCore collaboration hours: 3:00 PM IST -
