The QA Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the quality, usability, stability, and integration reliability of our mobile applications and connected systems.\nYou will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and stakeholders to identify issues early, improve release quality, and build scalable QA processes for both mobile and backend integrations.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements, technical specifications, APIs, and user stories to define testing scope and strategy.\nCreate detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation from scratch.\nPerform comprehensive manual testing for mobile applications on Android and iOS devices.\nCompatibility Testing such as testing on iPads and other devices such as QR code scanners\nConduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nValidate integrations between mobile applications, backend services, APIs, third-party systems, and external platforms.\nPerform end-to-end testing across mobile apps and integrated systems.\nIdentify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution using defect tracking tools.\nCollaborate closely with developers and product teams during feature development and release cycles.\nVerify API responses, data synchronization, push notifications, authentication flows, and system integrations.\nTest mobile app behavior across multiple devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and network conditions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.\nHelp establish QA standards, workflows, templates, and testing best practices for the project.\nAssist in defining acceptance criteria and ensuring requirements are testable and complete.\nMaintain organized documentation of testing activities, test evidence, and release validation results.\nProvide regular QA status updates, risk assessments, and quality reports to stakeholders.\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing\nStrong hands-on experience testingmobile applications on Android and iOS\nProven experience working on projects with limited or no existing QA documentation or test cases\nExperience creating:Test plans\nTest cases\nTest scenarios\nRegression suites\nIntegration test documentation\nDefect reports\n\nStrong understanding of:Mobile application testing\nIntegration testing\nFunctional testing\nRegression testing\nEnd-to-end testing\nAPI testing\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\n\nExperience validating integrations between mobile apps, APIs, backend systems, and third-party services.\nFamiliarity with API testing tools such as:Postman\nSwagger\nInsomnia\n\nExperience using defect tracking and test management tools such as:Jira\nAzure DevOps\nTestRail\nZephyr\n\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.\nExperience with Browserstack\nFamiliarity with mobile debugging tools and device logs.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently in fast-changing environments with evolving requirements.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience testing SaaS or enterprise mobile applications.\nFamiliarity with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, or Detox.\nBasic SQL knowledge for backend data validation.\nExperience testing push notifications, authentication, and payment integrations.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and release testing processes.\nExperience working with remote or distributed teams.\nWhat We’re Looking
