You’ll get to work on the industry’s top-selling Jury Management Solution, which spans our suite of Jury products.\nAs an Automation Engineer, you will work closely with the team’s senior automation engineer, develop and maintain reliable automated test flows, strengthen our automation frameworks, and help ensure our products meet functional, security, and client expectations.\nIf you’re an eager learner and a thoughtful, kind, supportive human, we’d love to have you on our team!\nResponsibilities\nFully learn all features of our products.\nPlan, design, execute, and maintain well-structured test scripts.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain complex test automation scripts using Microsoft Playwright, API testing tools, and other automation frameworks.\nConduct functional, regression, load, and exploratory testing while assisting with automation efforts.\nAnalyze software issues, determine root causes, and provide detailed reports to the development team.\nActively participate in planning and requirement review meetings to define test criteria for new features.\nIdentify, document, and track software defects in Jira, proactively communicating findings to development teams.\nHelp identify and implement new procedures, methods, and tools that improve QA efficiency.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nQualifications\nYou have a strong track record of software quality assurance/testing, including but not limited to writing automated end-to-end tests using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL with an automated test tools and frameworks.\nYou thrive in a highly collaborative culture.\nYou enjoy taking existing QA processes to the next level in terms of quality, organization and standardization of procedures.\nYou find satisfaction in digging into ambiguous problems and working with coworkers to create clear solutions.\nYou embrace a \"growth mindset\"; you see challenges as opportunities for growth, embrace learning, and are resilient in the face of setbacks.\nYou have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
