challenged and rewarded in an Senior Implementation Project Manager position at Tyler Technologies Inc.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand the features, functions, and standard configuration of the SaaS platform and related services\nPrepare and conduct project initiation which includes defining the project's goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones, and deliverables\nConduct planning sessions or workgroup discussions with the key project participants to identify and agree upon project scope and related requirements\nDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations\nProactively communicate and collaborate with external customers and internal team members to identify, analyze, and document user stories and deliver artifacts such as requirements configuration design documents, data migration plans, and specifications, etc.\nAct as the project expert regarding requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis (including gap analysis), and the communication of business needs\nActively anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks, issues and/or roadblocks\nSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and ensure successful completion\nAssist QA staff with product testing or modification testing and data validation as required\nProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans, escalating as appropriate for visibility and stakeholder action\nInteract effectively with a diverse group of team members and clients within Tyler, the industry, and government communities.\nEnsure that all deliverables are of high quality\nNotify management and appropriate organization/department of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness/schedule/budget of the implementation\nCollaborate effectively with team members, customers and stakeholders\nConduct project postmortems to aid in continual improvement activities\nDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and management \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience\n8+ years of experience as an implementation professional (or equivalent/similar experience) with proven project management experience\nExperience managing software development related projects in Agile and Waterfall environments\nKnowledge of Project Management theories and practices applicable to projects that are complex in scope\nExcellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills\nStrong decision making, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills\nAdvanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to lead and direct the work of others\nAbility to adapt and react to shifting priorities and project adjustments promptly and efficiently\nStrong ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including stakeholders, clients, and other project participants\nMust be able to effectively prioritize and execute
