The Senior Appraisal Analyst must also exhibit strategic foresight to anticipate and adapt to market changes and regulatory shifts, ensuring the organization's continued success.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nTen (10) years of mass appraisal experience (Residential/Agricultural & Commercial/Industrial), Reappraisal, new construction, Cost Market Valuations, and related appraisal service functions.\nAppraisal certifications and PMP certification are preferred.\nExperience with TAX CAMA systems, with a preference for multiple system experience.\nSQL experience preferred.\nCounty/municipal government property valuation/assessment in public or private sector experience is required.\nExpertise in manipulating computer/statistical models for property valuation.\nStrong knowledge of appraisal standards, state regulations, and experience passing state certifications.\nStrong knowledge and understanding of hearing/tracking module and assessment administration\nExcellent decision making, mathematical, analytical and root cause problem-solving skills\nStrong experience with Commercial and Residential Cost Systems (i.e. Marshall Swift, Boeckh, etc.)\nStrong initiative, interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building and customer service experience involving developing professional and trusting relationships with internal and external parties such as clients, vendors, employees, management, senior management, vendors, and relevant\nparties\nStrong teambuilding and partnering skills involving conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing clients to meet their needs and propose viable solutions\nExcellent planning
