We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.\nJob Summary\nTYLin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Production Coordinator to support the development, production, and delivery of internal and external communications materials across the organization. This role will coordinate communication projects from concept to completion, ensuring content, branding, and production standards are met while collaborating closely with marketing, communications, creative, and technical teams.The ideal candidate is a proactive project coordinator with strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position will play a key role in supporting corporate communications initiatives, marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, digital communications, and business development efforts that strengthen TYLin's brand and market presence.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild, format, publish, and update pages for the organization’s SharePoint intranet.\nAssist with SharePoint intranet assignments to improve the user experience.\nUsing an established AI prompt, create project highlight stories for SharePoint intranet.\nFormat various communications in Microsoft Viva Amplify and assist with earning approvals and the final distribution/publication.\nFormat various communications in Mailchimp and assist with earning approvals and the final distribution/publication.\nSubmit content to the Digital team via Airtable using their established process. Monitor until content is published.\nCreate forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms.\nAssist with tracking data and analytics for reporting of communications activities.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience working in Microsoft’s suite of products.\nExperience building and formatting digital pages or web content.\nFamiliarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.\nStrong attention to detail.\nComfortable learning new platforms and figuring out basic technical issues.\nAble to work from established templates and communications standards.\nComfortable managing requests from several teams and keeping track of deadlines.\nExperience in internal communications, external communications, digital communications, intranet management, or related areas is preferred.\nAdditional Information\nAt TYLin Philippines, we recognize the significance of achieving a balanced work- life dynamic.
