We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.\nJob Summary\nTYLin is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide support for marketing activities to the global pursuits team. Exercises independent judgment with close supervision and mentorship. Drives tasks that are part of the larger pursuit effort, partnering with technical leadership, subconsultants, and pursuit manager.Responsibilities & Qualifications\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist Marketing Specialists and Senior Marketing Specialists in coordinating assigned proposal pursuits by tracking schedules, monitoring deliverables, and facilitating communication among technical staff, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders to support timely and compliant submissions.\nLead or co-lead small, low-complexity proposals and qualifications packages under the guidance of a Marketing Specialist or Senior Marketing Specialist, ensuring compliance with client requirements and corporate standards.\nSupport interview preparation activities, including presentation development, document coordination, rehearsal scheduling, and production of interview materials.\nDevelops and maintains marketing information systems (client files, resume and project description files, mailing list, etc.).\nProvide support for marketing efforts, including proposals, general marketing correspondence, and government forms.\nWith direction, completes government forms and assembles qualifications packages of existing marketing materials.\nMay draft general proposal sections and supporting graphics.\nAssists with other duties as assigned.\nTypical Abilities and Attainments\nHas desire to improve skills and knowledge and move into a position of greater responsibility within the organization.\nAbility to quickly adapt to varying sector-specific processes, workflows, and client requirements while maintaining high-quality, consistent deliverables.\nPossesses detailed awareness of firm’s marketing program and technical capabilities.\nDemonstrates knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style.\nHas excellent knowledge of word processing and working knowledge of desktop publishing and other computer programs.\nHas excellent communication skills and is detail-oriented and highly organized.\nHas abilities in graphic design to support creation of proposal infographics and supporting imagery.\nWorks well with all types of people under deadline situations.\nAssumes complete responsibility for assigned tasks when given appropriate direction.\nIs resourceful and able to contribute both in concept and in implementation to marketing program effectiveness.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, as required, to meet proposal schedules and critical submission deadlines.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, or a related field preferred.\nExperience supporting proposals within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is preferred.\nExceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.\nMust be proficient using MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).\nAdditional Information\nAt TYLin Philippines, we recognize the significance of achieving a balanced work- life dynamic.
