We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a creative individual to work flexibly and collaboratively with our global marketing team to support a variety of corporate brand, marketing, and communications deliverables. Primary work will include design and layout of reports, presentations, corporate policy documents, brochures and related collateral, signage for office environments, infographics and visual representations, and similar applications.The success of our work is often dependent on our ability to visually communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including public and private clients, employees, prospective employees, and the general public. Examples of previous work products should include presentations, print and digital collateral, infographics, office signage and installations, and animations.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nResponsibilities include:\nContribute to and manage the design and production of presentations, reports, marketing collateral, and other corporate documents.\nDesign and create a variety of infographics, charts, graphics, and other visual representations of data and concepts.\nContribute to growing multimedia work, including digital mediums, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.\nThe ideal candidate will:\nCreate polished, review-ready drafts of assigned projects and see them through to completion.\nContribute creatively to design and idea generation.\nUnderstand the elements of graphic design and employ its principles.\nHave experience designing within brand standards and systems.\nBe able to both collaborate with a team and work autonomously.\nEnjoy identifying and proposing the best way to communicate a given concept.\nTake initiative in learning new techniques, skills, and software.\nHave interest in engineering and design.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nThe candidate should possess the following qualities:\n3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, B2B environment\nBachelor’s degree in art, design, communication, or related field.\nExcellent graphic and verbal communication skills.\nMastery of Adobe Creative Suite.\nMastery of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint).\nFamiliarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to support creative workflows and production efficiency.\nFamiliarity with web design (HTML, CSS, Java) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with digital design tools (Canva, Figma, others) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with video editing platforms, including Premiere Pro and AfterEffects is a plus.\nAdditional Information\nAt TYLin Philippines, we recognize the significance of achieving a balanced work- life dynamic.
