This work can include hands-on engineering work such as calculations and simulation, drafting, 3D modeling, on-site observation of construction and business aspects such as preparing for presentations and maintaining project files. An intern may also be exposed to other related design disciplines, such as plumbing and electrical systems.\n What You Bring to the Team (Competencies)\nExceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment\nStrong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior\nCommitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be currently enrolled and pursing Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Degree or related program from an Accredited University Program\nGeneral understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred\nStrong spatial perception and visualizations skills\nIntermediate to advanced technology skills necessary, including familiarity with MS Office products\nExposure to Computer-aided Design software platforms (AutoCAD, Revit) beneficial\nAdditional Information\nIntroba is committed to pay equity.
