We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Water Sector team in Toronto, ON.Responsibilities & Qualifications\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee engineering services for construction services for client in field office, studies, design and office services during construction.\nMonitor the daily progress of projects under a large program\nAssist Project Managers in preparing and managing subconsultant agreements, invoicing, risk registers, EAC, forecasting, schedules and other project management duties as required.\nReview and verify subconsultant invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.\nPrepare and submit invoices in coordination with project managers, including detailed review of approved contract rates and compiling backup documentation.\nTrack and follow up on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments.\nSupport the opening and closing of task orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval.\nAssist with tracking and processing change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated.\nCoordinate with internal teams and subconsultants to resolve any issues or delays.\nGenerate reports and updates on project progress, financial status, and milestone tracking for management review.\nPrepare detailed meeting agendas and minutes for distribution, and follow up on action items\nManage project documents through detailed record keeping practices.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or engineering projects involving multiple task orders and subconsultants.\nExperience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and tracking project finances, preferably in Deltek.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including subconsultants, clients, and internal teams.\nStrong organizational and spreadsheet skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\n Additional Information\nTYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $86,400-$108,000 annually for this position and local market.
