We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with Stations experience to lead major construction engineering initiatives and help grow our PMCM practice in the New York region. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on delivering complex infrastructure projects while developing client relationships and driving business growth.Responsibilities & Qualifications\nThe Opportunity:\nAs a key leader within TYLin’s PMCM group, you will:\nLead and manage one or more construction management and inspection projects\nOversee multi-million-dollar construction contracts involving MTA or other Rail and Transit projects\nBuild and strengthen relationships with agencies and key clients\nIdentify, recruit, and mentor high-performing PMCM professionals\nPosition TYLin as a prime consultant or strategic partner for major CM engagements\nCollaborate with marketing teams to prepare compelling RFP and SOQ responses\nEnsure compliance with QA/QC protocols, safety standards, and agency requirements\nCoordinate closely with owners, contractors, utilities, and stakeholders\nThis role offers the chance to make a measurable impact - not only on project delivery, but on the continued growth and market presence of TYLin in the region.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nWe are seeking a proven infrastructure leader with:\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred\n15+ years of construction management experience, particularly on Rail and Transit stations\nDemonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar public infrastructure contracts\nExperience with agencies such as MTA, Amtrak, MNR, LIRR and similar\nProven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including PMs, Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, and Inspectors\nStrong business development acumen and client relationship skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nA track record of leadership, performance, and accountability\nWhy TYLin?\nAt TYLin, you’ll join a collaborative, innovative team working on impactful infrastructure projects that shape communities. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $153,900 - $230,400 annually for this position and local market.
