Resumen del puesto

En TYLin seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Servicios Afectados para reforzar nuestro equipo y participar en importantes proyectos de infraestructuras y obra civil.

Buscamos una persona con interés por desarrollarse en un entorno técnico, multidisciplinar y dinámico, formando parte de proyectos de gran relevancia.

Responsabilidades y cualificaciones

Funciones:

  • Identificación, análisis y gestión de servicios afectados en proyectos de infraestructuras y obra civil.
  • Revisión de información existente, coordinación con compañías de servicios y administraciones.
  • Definición y seguimiento de reposiciones y desvíos.
  • Elaboración y revisión de planos, mediciones e informes técnicos.
  • Coordinación con las distintas disciplinas del proyecto (obra civil, estructuras, instalaciones y BIM).
  • Apoyo durante las fases de diseño y obra.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación: Grado en Ingeniería Civil, Obras Públicas, Industrial o tit.Técnica equivalente.
  • Experiencia previa: al menos un año realizando tareas similares a las descritas.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimientos de redes de servicios urbanos: electricidad, telecomunicaciones, abastecimiento, saneamiento, gas y otros servicios. Capacidad para interpretar planos y documentación técnica, detectar interferencias y plantear soluciones de reposición. Capacidad de coordinación con compañías suministradoras, administraciones y equipos multidisciplinares. Organización, autonomía y capacidad de resolución.
  • Herramientas: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel) y herramientas de gestión documental. Se valorarán conocimientos de Civil 3D, MicroStation, GIS (QGIS/ArcGIS), Navisworks y entornos BIM.
  • Idiomas: Inglés (nivel medio).
