About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling Tylko’s physical retail across European markets. You’ll turn a growing network of locations into one high-performing sales organisation - setting clear standards, building strong teams, and making sure every customer gets an exceptional Tylko experience.
You’ll own the day-to-day performance of our stores, from hitting sales targets to developing the people behind them. You’ll build repeatable ways of working, create clear growth paths for retail talent, and turn commercial strategy into action on the shop floor.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. You’ll work closely with teams across Tylko to shape how we sell, how we grow our retail presence, and ultimately how customers experience our brand in the real world.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:
Own sales performance across our stores, kiosks, and partner showrooms, setting clear targets and driving results
Lead and grow retail teams, including scheduling, performance management, and hiring
Build scalable sales standards and customer journeys that deliver a consistent Tylko experience across locations
Develop onboarding and career paths that help retail talent succeed and grow with us
Own incentive and bonus schemes, ensuring they support performance and are delivered accurately and on time
Plan and monitor retail budgets, including people and local promotional spend
Partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, and customer care to improve commercial performance and customer experience
Build staffing and hiring plans to ensure our teams are ready to support new market openings

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
+5 years of experience in multi-site retail sales management with full accountability for targets
Experience working at the intersection of retail and e-commerce, with a clear understanding of how the two channels influence each other
Proven track record in leading and developing store teams across multiple locations
Strong commercial analytics skills with the ability to interpret conversion, traffic, and margin mix data
Active user of AI tools for automating reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
Fluency in English (C1)
Fluency in Polish (C1)
Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
