You don't need to be an expert on day one - you need the drive to grow.\nSenior Graphic Designer\nWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of Tylko's visual output across marketing channels - someone who brings both craft and creative confidence to every brief.\nAbout the Brand Marketing Team\nWe're a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo production specialists, and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko's channels. Curiosity, taste, and a drive to make things better are what we run on.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join the Brand Marketing team - taking briefs from concept to delivery, raising the bar on quality, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Designer and cross-functional teams across marketing and e-commerce, with real ownership over how Tylko shows up visually across digital channels.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate the end-to-end design process for Tylko's marketing channels - from ideation through to delivery - with a focus on quality and on-brand consistency\n\nDesign high-performing ads for paid channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of what works where and why\n\nCreate compelling assets for the website, newsletters, and organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using photos, video, and 3D content from our internal creative team and external collaborators\n\nAdapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets, maintaining quality standards across all outputs\n\nContribute to campaign ideation and new product launches alongside the Creative Director\n\nChampion Tylko's visual language - keeping it sharp, consistent, and evolving\n\nWhy Tylko?\nBeing part of the Tylko team goes beyond clocking in every day.
