You don’t need to be an AI expert on day one - what matters is the curiosity to rethink how things get done, for yourself and your team.\nStore Manager - Paris\nAbout the Role\nWe’re opening our first physical store in France - in the heart of Paris.\nFrench customers already know Tylko online. Now we’re giving them a place to see, touch and experience our furniture in person. Our retail model is already proven in Berlin - your job is to make it work in Paris.\nAs Store Manager, you’ll lead the opening, build the first team and be hands-on in the day-to-day, setting the tone for everyone around you. The goal? A store that design lovers want to come back to - and the next step in Tylko’s growth in France.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:\nLead the store opening and set up daily operations using the processes and tools from our Berlin flagship\n\nRecruit, onboard and inspire a team of Design Advisors and set the standards from day one\n\nAdapt our retail model to the French market - customer expectations, local regulations and ways of working\n\nOwn the store’s performance: foot traffic, conversion, customer satisfaction and sales\n\nManage day-to-day operations, including team scheduling, stock and store budget\n\nDeliver an outstanding customer experience that blends design advice, service excellence and brand storytelling\n\nBuild Tylko’s local presence in Paris through events, collaborations and partnerships\n\nMake sure the store reflects Tylko’s brand standards in visual merchandising, service and atmosphere\n\nWork closely with our e-commerce team to connect the online and in-store experience for French customers\n\nShare local market insights with HQ in Warsaw and help shape Tylko’s growth in France\n\nWhat we offer for this particular role\nThe chance to open Tylko’s first store in France and shape our presence in a new market\n\nOnboarding with our Berlin retail team and HQ in Warsaw\n\nCompetitive salary with a performance-based bonus\n\nEmployee discount on Tylko products\n\nTraining, development and close collaboration with HQ teams\n\nOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling European design brand\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n4+ years of experience in retail management, including leading a team, ideally in design, lifestyle or premium consumer brands\n\nA hands-on leader who motivates by example and coaches the team to grow\n\nExcellent communication in French and English - approachable, confident and able to quickly build trust with customers\n\nStrong understanding of the French retail market and customer expectations\n\nResults-driven mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data\n\nExperienced with retail tech (POS, CRM, scheduling tools) and curious about using AI to work smarter\n\nAble to work with established processes while spotting what needs to change locally\n\nA passion for design, interiors and creating inspiring customer experiences\n\nFlexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required in retail\n\nNice to have\nExperience opening a new store or launching a brand in a new location\n\nKnowledge of French labour regulations in retail (scheduling, working hours, weekend work)\n\nReady to Design the Future with Us?\nIf you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter, your curiosity is fuel, and your work has real impact - let’s talk.
