You will work closely with the HR team to assess current processes, organize information, and develop practical resources for a growing company.\nThis role offers hands-on experience in onboarding, employee records management, learning and development, and HR communications.\nKey responsibilities could include:\nReview and improve onboarding\nReview the current onboarding process, materials, and teammate experience.\nGather feedback from recent hires and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.\nHelp update onboarding resources, checklists, and communications to create a consistent and useful experience.\nSupport employee file and document control audits\nReview employee files against established checklists to identify missing, incomplete, or outdated documentation.\nTrack findings and support follow-up with the HR team.\nHelp improve document organization, naming conventions, and version control while maintaining confidentiality.\nSupport training needs and course development\nAssist with designing training materials, courses, and supporting resources.\nHelp organize training content and develop ways to collect feedback and evaluate effectiveness.\nSupport HR Internal Communications\nReview existing content on HR SharePoint for accuracy, relevance, and ease of use.\nRecommend improvements to site organization and navigation so teammates can find information more easily.\nUpdate and organize approved policies, benefits information, forms, and other HR resources in partnership with content owners.\nContribute to HR projects\nMaintain project trackers and communicate progress, findings, and recommendations.\nSupport other HR activities and process improvements as needed.\nWhat you'll need:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.\nInterest in HR operations, employee experience, and learning and development.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to gather information, identify gaps, and translate findings into practical recommendations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, ask questions, and follow through on assigned work.\nSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
