This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has a deep understanding of ad tech and marketing automation, and can execute with speed and precision. \nHow You’ll Make an Impact: \nOwn prioritization and execution of the ads roadmap, ensuring we move fast on customer needs. \nUnblock bottlenecks by working closely with engineering, ML researchers, design, and partnerships. \nExplore how our ad platform can better serve users by finding new ways to simplify workflows and automate repetitive tasks. \nDrive adoption and engagement of AI-powered ad tools by improving workflows and launching high-impact features. \nExpand our use cases and competitive positioning by identifying gaps and new opportunities in ad automation and creative AI. \nWhat You Bring: \n5+ years of product management experience in ads, marketing tech, or AI-driven content creation and productivity tools (Figma, Canva, Celtra, Pencil, etc.) \nBachelor’s or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field.\nStrong execution skills - you know how to break down a roadmap, prioritize on the go, and deliver fast. \nExperience working with ad platforms, programmatic advertising, or AI-powered ad tools. \nComfortable with technical research and collaborating with engineers on feasibility. \nData-driven mindset - able to track success, iterate on features, and measure impact \nEnjoys startup life, moving fast, results-driven, team player, and customer-oriented \nLocation \nThis is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week. \nBase Salary \nThe salary range for this role is $190,000-$210,000.
