You'll design, build, and scale the cloud infrastructure that powers our AI and GenAI workloads - ensuring reliability, security, and performance as we grow.\nThis is your chance to shape the backbone of a platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies - building systems that are resilient, observable, and ready to scale with the next wave of AI.\nHow You'll Make an Impact:\nDesign, deploy, and manage production-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure to support AI/GenAI workloads at scale\nBuild and maintain Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration pipelines for high-availability services\nDevelop and evolve infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) to ensure reproducible, auditable environments\nImplement comprehensive observability - monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing - to maintain system health and accelerate incident response\nHarden infrastructure security posture through network policies, secrets management, IAM best practices, and compliance controls\nOptimize cost, performance, and reliability of GPU and compute-intensive workloads that power generative AI capabilities\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Security partners to define SLOs and drive continuous improvements in platform resilience\nAutomate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to enable fast, safe releases across environments\nMentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a strong infrastructure engineering culture\n\nWhat You Bring:\n10+ years of Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience, with a strong track record of building and operating production systems at scale\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field \nDeep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in production environments\nStrong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including networking, compute, storage, and identity services\nSolid understanding of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar) and incident management practices\nExperience with security best practices for cloud-native environments - including network segmentation, secrets management, and compliance frameworks\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to thrive independently and in collaborative teams\nBonus: Experience scaling infrastructure for AI/ML or generative AI workloads, including GPU orchestration\n\nLocation\nThis is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week.\nBase Salary\nThe range for this role is $210,000-$240,000 plus equity.
